Let's break free from the mold and embrace your authentic self. Black Sheep Counseling provides person-centered services, helping clients cope with challenges like mental health conditions, life transitions, communication issues, and stressful events. As a neurodivergent therapist, an area of particular interest to Barbara is the "tricky triad" of ADHD, anxiety, and mood symptoms. This combination creates challenges that affect all aspects of life, including relationships, work, school, and overall well-being. With the right support and strategies, you can manage these struggles and create a meaningful life.
Good supervision is essential, and Barbara is an approved clinical supervisor in the state of Washington, working with associate social workers pursuing independent clinical licensure.
