Choosing a therapist is a significant investment in your well-being, and we believe financial barriers shouldn't stand in the way of mental health support. To foster economic justice and accessibility, we use a sliding scale fee structure based on the "Green Bottle" model shown here. This framework acknowledges that our financial lived experiences are different; it asks you to look at your access to resources, debt, and expendable income to determine which "tier" best reflects your current reality.
How to use this scale:
Tier 3 (Full Bottle): If you are comfortably able to meet all your basic needs and have expendable income, please pay the top end of the scale.
Tier 2 (Half-Full Bottle): If you meet your basic needs but have some debt or less flexibility with savings, the middle of the scale is for you.
Tier 1 (Mostly Empty Bottle): If you struggle to meet basic needs or have very limited expendable income, please select the lower end of the scale.
